Smart Mobility Report for U.S. 202

The Alternative Plan for U.S. 202 is a site specific concept plan that developed by Smart Mobility, Inc. of Norwich, Vermont for the Neighbors for Bucks County Preservation as part of the effort to develop alternatives to a nine mile, $300 million dollar expressway. The report suggests that localized improvements, including the conversion of multiple intersections to roundabouts, would provide far greater benefit than would a massive new highway project.

Although the plan is site specific, the concepts are not. Regardless of where you live, the information and ideas in this document can and should be utilized. The only down side is that the file is quite large (53 MB) and may take awhile to download. Be patient, it is worth the wait.
