The Bucks Institute of Community Preservation, more commonly known as the Institute of Community Preservation (ICP), is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing environmental information and community advocacy. Located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, the ICP maintains this web site and operates it for the benefit of all who are dedicated to preserving the environments in which they live.

Although the physical activities of the ICP are largely focused on Southeastern Pennsylvania, the issues discussed within are not “Pennsylvania problems” but are national and in some cases, international in scope and impact. We encourage people from everywhere to use this site freely and would invite you to contribute your thoughts and ideas.
